Some guy who’s rlly looking forward to taking me on a date, he’s from Argentina and he came here yesterday. Dear, i applied for H1b visa and my petition is returned back to USCIS as per mail received from Consulate. After Law suit, my lawyer sent me the Affirmation Notice received from USCIS and as per the notice, my case sent back to the state department. This notice states that "What the Official Notice Said This is to advise you that we have reaffirmed our previous decision on the above application or petition which the Department of State had previously returned for review. We have forwarded the case back to the Department of State for action." I sent this notice to consulate by email but no reply from consulate. I am confused whether should i wait for the email from embassy or i need to take appointment again with Embassy/consulate. Please guide with next step and possibility to get the visa.

What if, i couldnt find K-1 visa listed in the Non immigrant section as I was doing the DS-160. But it was only listed in the Immigrant Section so i choose that. Will there be a wrong in doing that? I havent been able to schedule a VAC every since then. Please let me know what to do.
